There are other options available right? Elon Musk if he wanted to could fly first class from Texas to Miami and he wouldn't have to do that privately. The cost benefit on that spent carbon feels like it's justifiable in a way that a short flight where there's a perfectly good rail service doesn't. So why is this not happening, Leaf? Rich people can afford to pay more if they had to pay more Elon Musk would still be flying his jet. There are actually less damaging fuels available so you could have a mandate on the requirement to use low carbon alternatives to regular aviation fuel.
