i would allow myself to feel shame because i would buy into my brain. The trick that i found is to do my best to eliminate self judgment and remove me from the thought. If you can practise the art of recognizing when you're talking shit to yourself, your worth is a human for example. And here's wold, the one i now have to share again because i forgot to record the boand so i'm single, and initially i had this, these thoughts of ill, unbroken, i'm no good, nobody will love me. But if you can passively separate yourself from your thoughts, that's a game changer. It creates this buffer between you and the emotion
