The Importance of Contextual Knowledge in Arbitration

I'm happy that we get to kind of expanded outward in these discussions but one of them we talk about the questions of legitimacy um and so for example one can imagine that two parties enter a contract and then you know the arbitration has to occur it's a 50 maybe a hundred years later about this right for example even about kraonics contracts crazy example. Later we have to kind of reinterpret what it is that the parties were consenting to at the time uh that the contract was drafted also keeping in mind that they weren't aware of all the potential technological capabilities that came online.
