Are You a Millennial or a Genz?

i'm really intrigued about where purpose starts and identity begins, is his purpose just the way for us to forge our own personal identity? That ther here's my concern with all this research of the moment. I did end up leaving my job in advertising am for lack of sense of purpose. And i had no sense of appreciation whatever for just having a job. It was never enough for me. Some even a millennial point of view, you know, that wasn't enough. But ultimately, if that's your stamp on the world, it just clearly demonstrates to people coming into the business that you've got this wider purpose that they can work towards.
