Sperm Competition Theory - What Do You Think?
Sperm competition theory is based on the physiology and anatomy of grade apes. The male gorilla's testicles are roughly four times the weight of a chimpanzee, but it's the gorilla that's harem polygamous. You've got to have females deliberately mating with more than one male every time they are trying to conceive in human beings. So I think there is sperm competition shaping human behavior and anatomy, but not terribly strongly because we tend to have much less for sperm competition theory to be really strong.
