The Two Tier Contractor System

I think it's really important to have a very expansive definition of who a tech worker is, right? Yes. And you see this in how big tech platforms are increasingly structuring their companies. We've all been talking about how most people who work at Google now don't work at Google, right? They have 120,000 contractors to their 90,000 actual employees. In every single one of these industries and every different country, you have the introduction of this two tier contractor system. I'm more like those people than the money people who actually control that industry. So in a long time line, the financial forces will control all of our workplaces.
