Is It Easier to Invest in a New Technology?
Do we invest in technologies that may make it cheaper, more attractive, and then rely on that developing innovations? Or does it make more sense to create incentives such as the german p v program. Which should you do? And i'm going to say both m - i don't think you could rely just on basic research.
