The Cost of Overtime in a TV Special
The special was shot on a Warner Brothers soundstage, which is much more stringent on overtime and union guidelines for film employees. For these three days at David Akumba, they did these 22 hour shoots, three of them in a row. That's not even the 120,000 isn't even including the penalty. The budget was about a million dollars for the show.
