I think the more interesting phenomenon is going to be watching how publishers develop inhouse talent. As that talent grows larger and larger, do they begin to take on a different contract structure with them? I wrote about this a little but you see it with pod casting. And so i think you're going to see a similar thing in the media industry as like somebody like taylor laurence, for example, who is quickly becoming a sort of star reporter,. But still is employed by the new times.
