The Second Benefit of Praying in the Spirit

Praying in tongues is something I do every day. It is the key to my sanity and connection to the Holy Spirit. Paul says it right here, looking at verse 14. For if I pray in a tongue, my spirit prays, but my mind is unfruitful. And so this exercise, following me, this exercise, it reminds your mind that it's not in charge.
