The Importance of Ethical Supply Chains for Cobalt
There is a lot of talk at the moment from tech companies particularly about trying to mitigate some of the harms and these mines cause. To ask you on the show though it rings a pretty familiar alarm bell. A lot of the industries proposed measures sounding a lot like the global diamond drape. I think we should do a bit of a comparison between the diamond and cobalt traits. You see at one point diamonds had much of the same reputation that cobalt has right now with people seeing images of diamonds being mined by children in awful conditions.
