The two words i use the most atualy are apac empowered and equipped bicause howard is almost more psychological. It's m feeling the agency. And then equipped as having the actual tools, but are appropriate to the hazards - not just generic ones that aren't just resilient. That's where i would sit. I would adat exactly how i approach it. But i find i more often have to help managers pull back and have boundaries than i do to ask them to help em ter itis a mix.
