Rick hightsman: I'm 6'2", 226 pounds not massively overweight but just given like a whole host of things i got to probably my max weight there and the pandemic and a lot of those sorts of things played into that. He says he's lost nearly 35 pounds in six months on this program for me it's changed his life.
