You do need to strengthen your hamstrings even when they're tight. Those hamstrings can start to calm down a little bit. That's right. The next area is your hips and your knees. And I'm gonna put them both together because hamstrings actually cross to joints, your hip and your knee. So this is directly where your hamstring is controlling.
