"I found new, useless cleanses. I've had dinner with people with ozempic and they don't eat," she says of weight loss program Weight Watchers. "There's a new one called Prolon. It's a five-day fast basically." She has not done the whole 30 or paleo diets but doesn't have the discipline to do them.
