The Importance of Executive Functioning
In primary school, elementary school for you guys. I really struggled. I had special needs classes. That's what they were called at the time. So two of those were to become a therapist because I had to do a conversion. And we can look back and be like, well, maybe something really clicked in my brain and I became really smart all of a sudden - but how is that possible? But equally, it doesn't have to be a deaf sentence. No, that's so true. We learn and we adapt and we get help and getting help and working on our OCD, we can actually work and challenge some of the executive functioning things or executive dysfunction that we might be experiencing
