I was back in August. For the harvest. At the end of the harvest, I gave Elia's rest sample roaster. That's right. And he has a cupping lab there now. He built a new lab. Me and Diego spent almost a week preparing samples and cupping. Yeah. Could really do thorough selection of the lots. We could recommend drying coffees that were too moist one day more because the coffees were still on the farm.
