Co-Creation of Pop-Ups

Ethan Zuckerman talks about his work at the initiative for digital public infrastructure. Pep-hop's is a system of pop-ups that allow people to create their own online environment. The project has just started last year and there are no communities currently using it. Ethan says he can't predict how long this will take but we're learning a lot from the process.
