A third of the regional banks that are going to be like potentially insolvent as this. You know, goes through as this bubble of commercial real estate disasters go through the queue. Pac West's had two pieces of news break, right? They sold a portion of their loan portfolio. And then they sold a division of their lending. So they're obviously trying to raise cash for probably not a great reason. No, it's a horrible reason. That's all the good stuff. Right.
