The 9am Theory of Exploration vs Exploitation

For the 9am theory, exploration looks like working on a different kind of project than you normally do. If I'm in an exploitative phase, it's time to sit down and get to work. The only cardinal sin is not to respect the freedom needed during your periods of exploring or exploitation. You just have to explore until you find the right path to exploit.
