The Role of Work Redesign in Managing Psychosocial Hazards
Queensland and the Commonwealth regulations have excluded that particular clause. So you do need to apply a hierarchy of controls for your psychosocial hazards. The regulator in Queensland has explained that work redesign is equivalent to a substitution control. And so what we're doing there is we're taking a system of work that we know is creating harm and we're substituting it with one that is less likely to create harm.
