Is There a Difference Between a Simple Definition and a More Complex Definition?

instructional coaching is a teacher working with another teacher one-on-one in a repeated regular process. The idea that the teacher and the coach work together to plan the change into the teacher's lesson, then run that change in the context of a real lesson. They're going to be teaching the future of them all at once. I think rehearsal is really important, otherwise known as deliberate practice. And finally there needs to be some aspect around sharing ideas about teaching, so talking about the science of learning or how that relates to the targets they work on together.
