The Relationship Between the Spiritual Community and the Group
Bodhi says the spiritual community will be small and few but nevertheless it can have an influence on the group. There's a relationship between them, even as far back in the 1970s when Bodhi was giving these various talks where he said he thought that the balance between the group and the spiritual community was out of balance. I'd give you the reasons that he gave then and look and see what we think about now so they're interesting. One of them is population increase because he says it's very, very hard for people to have space,. It's very important not to be affected by that isn't it? The second one was what he calls the corporate state taking over everywhere.
