If you're struggling with depression, I'd strongly recommend that you see a therapist. Therapy is trained in this sort of emotional processing kind of stuff. The second thing that we can really do, and this is a little bit trickier, is work on our perceptions. And if we're no longer hijacking our logic, then we can use logic to start helping us.
