What Is a Moncol?
During a particular ofall called locratong, people make these decorations themselves. They collect bamboo leaves and fold them and decorate them with flowers. And they basically create a kind of basket that they then float on the river. If your basket doesn't float and it turns over, then it's very bad luck.
