Introduction

Inga Skelle is the director of Irish Rule of Law International. IRLI was set up after the fall of South Africa's apartheid system. It trains lawyers from historically disadvantaged backgrounds in Sub-Saharan Africa. Later today Inga will fly to Kiev to join an effort to seek justice for Ukraine victims.
