Is Predestination in the Book of Romans?

A lot of theological puzzling over the book of romans has to do with ninet 11 and other places, particularly round the theme of predestination or not. People use romans as one of their fighting grounds to debate their sides back and forth with each other. My my long story short, my end position is predestination may be a thing in the new testament or the bible, but it's not in romans. So when people have that cussion with each other, they should leave romans out of the discussion.
