The trick is to really breathe from down into the belly. If we can just learn all of us to draw the diaphragm down toward the navel and let the totality of the lungs fill up with air, that could change everything. The benefits are so many from how we actually feel in the body, in our cells, in the chemicals and the hormones that get dumped into our bloodstream. It's like creating more space and the breath is perfect for that.
