The Ideal Microbiome
Brazil has one of the highest incidences of gastrinteritis for people who visit. Team GB doctors and nutritionists in particular at first were very worried about this because if you pick up an infection you're not going to win a gold silver or bronze. So we worked with Team GB when they competed in Rio and also when they compete in the last Olympics in Tokyo which was actually held in 2021. They took a prebiotic which we made at our university from scratch in a food processing hall which we have an experimental pilot plant. That was then taken by as I said the cyclists got interested first but then all the athletes took it. We are very prepared to take the credit. Clearly
