Are There Any Interesting Learnings That You Bring With You as VP of RM?
I think there's probably a natural evolution that takes place here that is maybe the recommendation that based off of our experience. Initially you have somebody focused on serving the customer, that includes both mitigating churn making them successful, and also increasing the revenue. At an early stage as a startup, having this kind of over specialization where you have one people that's customer success and one person that's account management or sort of like upsell, it makes less sense for some reasons.
