Is There a Difference in How Researchers Select Research Topics?
There's no like, very conscious partisation efforts in law. And i think that if you go about selecting your research projects in this intuitive manner, some biases might apply. There might also be carear incentives to to publish more quickly because you are already familiar with these lines of research. But when some legal academic is sitting down to think about what tore rihte rite about next, very rarely are theyr going to be asking themselves those questions unprompted.
