Is Colestral Intake Associated With Hypertrophy?

The more colestral that is inserted into the cell membrane, it basically decreases how well everything else can flow. And so if you increase cellular membrane rigidity of t sarcolema, that should promote more sarcolemal disruption and tissue damage. Another proposed mechanism by which collustral might improve hypertrophy is the opposite, so increasing rates of cellular repair after damage. It would be relative easy to study whether higher colestral intakes do a help with damage repair after training. But i'd like to see direct research on it personally.
