Do Justices Deliberate or Guide Their Opinions?
After a case, the justices get together and watis known as a conference. And they do, they talk about the case and they cast a vote. That's where they make their vote. There is an effort to convince one another after the case is argued. Even a dissent, if people say, you know it, you make a really good case here, i think i agree with that that dissent could become a majority opinion too.
