Do You Have a No or a Maybe?

I encourage people to become really aware of how they're spending their yes, their no's and their maybes. I often feel like I've got a good chunk of energy at the start of the week and I am on a no's dive from about midweek. So that really caused me to look at do I kind of like pile it all in early on in the week and could I maybe spread things out and take on less? If we are in any way familiar with feelings of guilt, resentment, frustration, obligation, overwhelm, feeling helpless, powerless, trapped, low, possibly even depressed, that is letting us know that we are someone who has a pattern of being over responsible.
