Meal Prepping

Sometimes i'll make a big batch of meal prep food that has makro splits that are roughly the macro splits i'm aiming for for the day, and then I just eat on that throughout the day. But sometimes i just feel like making higher fat meal prep food, so i'll eat that earlier in the day and then mostly just eat protein and carbs at night. And generally it's not all protein meals and then protein carbs fat meals. You got to find an eating pattern that that is completely compatible with your goals, but also kind of your psychological make up.
