How Facebook Approached QA and Experimentation

I was part of Facebook Seattle, which is sort of like the big legacy tech giant in this area. We would come up with a list of ideas on how we could achieve those metric goals. And those ideas were very flexible and how we approach them. I think also, let's go back to your first point of like how Facebook sort of approach roadmaps. You spoke road maps where at least goals were very much outcome-driven. So things were very measured and data driven and metrics driven outcomes.
