The Importance of Synergy

I don't understand when people throw a fit when something costs money. It just doesn't make sense to me. There's got to be authenticity in what you're doing. You can't try to please other people in emails. Email is ultimately a to-do list that other people can write on. And those who are really going to value it and get the results will pay for it.
