Tim Orr: I did think the question of returning artifacts would be essentially simpler than the wider question of reparations. But there's something odd about inheriting a collection that's been built up all over these years and visited and loved by people. And does one not have a moral obligation to the people who collected it and the people who love it here? He says Dan Hicks was getting at the way in which the museum, as we understand it, is deeply bound up with colonialism. Professor Orr thank you very much for joining us this evening.
