Some of the main things that i anticipate some of the new hires doing as they come in, and i'll focus on the research. You know, there's cause priorization, so, and then there's a, related to cause priorization. There's kind of literature reviews. Another function is grant investigation. So, you know, a lot of it ittends me. Pretty analytical work attends me. I think one of the weaknesses of this job, it doesn't always, isn't always the most satisfying from the perspective of having ike a lot of comradery because we're kind of money heavy.
