Are We Moving to a Skill Spaced Way of Recruiting?

The majority of people out of work are now looking for something that is not in their field. How do you think that's going to impact companies as they tempt is to skill up? Well, what we're trying to do as guardian and guardian is make sure that when we higher people were hiring based on skill rather than roll or resume or school. We still hire lots of people with college degrees, obviously, but it's not exclusive.
