I'm not quite sure I understand where a mechanism like that would be tacked on. So I think it could be an investment vehicle. Like my view on web three is that it can't be purely mechanistic. It needs to actually involve communities of people who care about each other and social incentives. You know, it's funny, this reminds me of Dow's. Is that where you're going with this?

What is the New Enlightenment? What might it mean to improve our epistemics with regard to institutions? How should we fix imbalanced salience in contexts where misinformation is a problem (like news media)? How have the economics of institutions deteriorated?
