i think it first starts with understanding, what are those things that are most important to you, right? I'm a young single woman, so what was important to me was having equity. Having periods where you can take time off and job as guaranteed is also important. i've never worked a job before where i had equity or lomnipitio was something i was curious about. It's like a going house shopat: Do i need an entertaining kitchen always?
