Is There a Big Wave of Climate Refugees?

Climate change will be affecting mostly, or at least most strongly, countries where the population is growing very fast. My biggest fear is that we're going to see a big wave of climate refugees in the world. Part of thi whole discussion on demographic shifts have to do with moving across country borders and how easy and how fluid that needs to be. Andi seems like in the future we's going to have to make it a much more fluid world to shift people around us as they need to go other places.
