I think the main resource honestly is just like my own personal experiences. So if I know that, okay, last time that I reacted this way when situation X happened, was that a good outcome? Or do I want to act or react differently this time to have a different outcome? There are like podcasts you can listen to where people talk about mindset and meditation and all of that. But ultimately, I really think that the best teacher is just experience. It's yeah, it's the most effective, I think.
