Is Sleep Your Number One Pillar?

Sleep is my number one pillar. I think that if you can get sleep down, it really helps you look at those other pillars such as great diet and exercise. If we're not sleeping well, our hunger hormones are going to be all over the place and we cannot stick to a healthy diet. That's what I've learned from my SIBO journey. It's just all a big feedback loop. So for me, if a client comes in to see me and they really are starting from scratch, number one is getting that sleep dialled in because it's going to empower them to be able to do everything else.
