We're training ourselves in a way to avoid. And I think it's most obvious to us the behavioral types of avoidance, like I don't go certain places, make me anxious right on do things that trigger anxiety. Talk to us about a different type of avoidance, cognitive avoidance. What's that about? Cognitive avoidance is such an interesting phenomenon and I see it so often and so subtle. Often people don't even realize they're doing it or they think it's helpful.
