Lawyers are often trained as risk spotters. And so, and that's what you're taught in law school is to pick out all of the ways and problems that could go wrong. Lawyers default to here's a million problems with what you've put in front of me and it'll never work. So I think there's a little bit of nerdy regulatory capture or a situation in which the folks who are deciding who practices law and how those services get delivered are also the folks who have a self-interest in the answer to that question.
