The Supreme Court's Decision on the Senate Elections Clause
Congress may at any time, by law, make or alter such regulations. This is actually a different clause than wha really came into he four during the effort to steal the election. The argument there was, does this mean that when the legislature decides the manner, it's deciding the big picture? It doesn't mean all of the various ways in which the popular vote is conducted. Again, this'll be argued in the fall, most likely, definitely one of the top cases.
