Is the Fed Controlling the Long End of the Yield Curve?

The idea there is that if the 30 years are performing the 10 year on a month over month basis, that tends to also precede higher volatility. The argument there is that you want to try to see what the yield curve is doing with less Fed intervention. I don't believe that's necessarily the case when it comes to the long end. But again, I could be wrong because in this kind of environment, nothing is really applying to history books.
