nutrition science has some fairly large differences in terms of the way science is conducted, and what you can and cannot sort of ask. Foundation is same. The basic principles are the same. And then there's an aspect of specificity toto the field, which i think happens in any field. But yeso, i have lots of colleagues that do other things, and nutrition confuses them almost as much as, sometimes more than, than your average lay person.
